we want the whole continent

What would happen if thousands of women* across the continent became more confident, more connected and more willing to take up space?

We come together to train and become stronger - physically and mentally. To meet other women* we might never have met otherwise. And to become part of something that reaches beyond our own cities. Our mission is to build these communities across Europe and connect them into one powerful network. A network where women* support one another, share knowledge, create opportunities and know that wherever they go, there are other women standing with them.

weekly classes

WHEN: ONCE PER WEEK, DEPENDING ON YOUR CITY

WHERE: LOCAL GROUPS ACROSS EUROPE

Our weekly classes are the heart of Europe’s Daughters. Join your local group for regular Thaiboxing & Self Defence training in a welcoming women*-only environment. Classes are open to all experience and fitness levels, including complete beginners. Learn practical skills, get stronger and train alongside the same local community week after week.

At €35 per month, we want regular combat sports training to be accessible instead of a luxury. And because every local group is connected to the wider Europe’s Daughters network, joining a class means becoming part of something much bigger than your own training session.

events

WHAT: BOOTCAMPS & RETREATS

WHERE: VARIOUS LOCATIONS ACROSS EUROPE

Alongside our weekly classes, we bring the Europe’s Daughters community together for intensive bootcamps, workshops and occasional retreats across Europe. Expect more training, new skills and the chance to connect with women* from different local groups. From one-day Thaiboxing bootcamps to multi-day retreats, our events give you the opportunity to go deeper, challenge yourself and experience the wider Europe’s Daughters network beyond your own city.

network & safety

LOCALLY: SUPPORTED BY YOUR AMBASSADOR

ACROSS EUROPE: CONNECTED TO A WIDER NETWORK

Our work doesn’t stop when training ends. Every local group has an ambassador who looks after the community, helps women* connect and makes sure there is someone to turn to when support is needed.

We want to build a network that is useful in real life.
